At Dr Bomb Studios, we understand that plans change. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may cancel or reschedule a booking and receive a refund. We aim to be transparent and fair in all circumstances.
All refund requests must be initiated through our official channels — website, app, or directly via our support team. Refunds are processed to the original payment method only.
Refund eligibility is determined by how far in advance you cancel relative to the scheduled session start time:
7 or more days before
Full cancellation — no questions asked
48 to 72 hours before
Partial refund — some notice given
Less than 48 hours
Short notice — no refund
Times are calculated based on the session start time. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email or in-app).
You can reschedule your session for free if the request is made at least 72 hours before your original booking, subject to studio availability.
Reschedule requests made within 72 hours of the session are treated as cancellations and are subject to the cancellation policy above.
Each booking allows a maximum of one free reschedule. Additional reschedules may attract a ₹250 administrative fee.
If you do not arrive within 30 minutes of your scheduled session start time and have not contacted us, the session will be marked as a no-show. No refund will be issued for no-shows.
If you are running late, please contact us immediately — we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining session time.

In any studio-initiated cancellation, you will receive a full 100% refund and priority rebooking assistance at no extra cost.
Once a valid refund is approved:
Contact our support team via email or app to request a cancellation and refund.
We verify your booking details and eligibility within 1 business day.
You receive a confirmation email with the approved refund amount.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
The following are non-refundable under any circumstances: convenience fees and payment gateway charges, custom procurement or preparation costs incurred at your specific request, and any third-party services booked on your behalf such as external operators, makeup artists, or photographers.
If you believe a refund has been incorrectly denied or processed, please email us at [email protected] within 14 days of the decision. We will review your case in good faith and respond within 3–5 business days. Unresolved disputes are subject to the governing law provisions in our Terms & Conditions.
