By accessing or using the Dr Bomb Studios website, mobile platform, or any associated services (collectively, “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Skillset Squad Private Limited (operating as Dr Bomb Studios).
Dr Bomb Studios provides professionally equipped podcast and video recording studios available for hourly and full-day rental in Mumbai. Our services include, but are not limited to:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
All bookings must be completed through our official website or app. Verbal bookings are not confirmed.
A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and you receive a Booking ID via email and WhatsApp.
Your booked time slot includes setup and teardown. Sessions run exactly as scheduled; late arrivals do not entitle you to extra time.
The studio accommodates up to 6 people (including crew). Exceeding this limit without prior approval may result in cancellation without refund.
You are responsible for providing accurate booking information. Incorrect details may affect service delivery.
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Please review our cancellation policy before booking. All times are relative to the scheduled session start time.
By booking with us you agree to adhere to the following rules during your session:
Violation of studio rules may result in immediate termination of the session without refund and may incur additional charges for damages.
All content, branding, and materials on the Dr Bomb Studios website — including logos, text, images, and software — are owned by Skillset Squad Private Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written consent. Content you create during your studio session remains your intellectual property.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dr Bomb Studios and Skillset Squad Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dr Bomb Studios, Skillset Squad Private Limited, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services, breach of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the 'Last updated' date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
