Our pricing is transparent and reflects top-tier acoustic spaces, studio upkeep, and professional staff overhead:

• All tariffs are quoted in Indian National Rupees (INR) and encompass all statutory taxes unless explicitly excluded in writing.
• Full settlement is mandated at checkout to confirm slot lock-in. Accepted methods include UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and direct Studio Counter Cash.
• Tax Invoices under Indian GST guidelines are furnished on request. Provide valid corporate legal business details and GSTIN at the time of checkout.
• Rates are subject to seasonal schedule adjustment; confirmed reservations retain the exact billing quote secured at initial payment.
• Same-day run-time extensions or unplanned engineering add-ons are charged at the standard hourly rate and must be fully settled prior to physical departure from the facility.

Because studio slots are held exclusively for your production block, our cancellation framework is structured around operational preparedness:

Violations of facility conduct warrant immediate cessation of the recording session without refund entitlement, alongside direct billing for any physical, electrical, or acoustic property damage incurred.

All website assets, interface architecture, marks, logos, brand elements, and studio proprietary acoustic schematics remain the sole property of Skillset Squad Private Limited. No party may duplicate, syndicate, or mirror these assets without prior explicit authorization.

To the maximum extent permissible under applicable Indian law, Dr Bomb Studios and Skillset Squad Private Limited, including its directors, sound engineers, and representatives, shall not be held accountable for indirect, accidental, exemplary, or consequential losses (such as loss of digital reach, sponsorship revenue, or client data corruption).

Our aggregate liability for any dispute or contractual claim arising out of a studio reservation shall under no circumstances exceed the total monetary sum paid by the customer for that individual booking session.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dr Bomb Studios, Skillset Squad Private Limited, and our staff against any legal actions, claims, damages, court expenses, or liabilities emerging from:

• Defamatory, unlicensed, or infringing statements broadcasted or recorded within our facilities.
• Direct physical damage to studio consoles, cameras, lenses, microphones, or architectural partitions by your guests.
• Breach of local safety mandates, municipal laws, or these operational terms.

These Terms & Conditions are constructed and interpreted in adherence to the substantive statutory laws of the Republic of India.

We reserve the right to revise or update these operational terms periodically to reflect new technology integrations, statutory mandates, or studio offerings. Any modifications become binding immediately upon being published on this page, as marked by the 'Last updated' stamp. Continued use of our booking portal signifies your active accord with the revised terms.
